Camp Registration forms

If you would like to register your child for a camp, fill out the Camp Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form and the registration form that corresponds to the camp you desire for your child to attend. Email a copy of your completed form to the email below. If you are unable to print the documents, you may fill them out during pre-registration for the camp. Pre-registration is 9:45 am-10:00am the day of the camp unless otherwise specified.
